Top Five Favorite Episodes of "LOIS AND CLARK: THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN" (Season Four)

Below is a list of my top five (5) favorite episodes from Season Four (1996-1997) of "LOIS AND CLARK: THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN". The series starred Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher: 



TOP FIVE FAVORITE EPISODES OF "LOIS AND CLARK: THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN" (SEASON FOUR)



1. (4.15) "Lois and Clarks" - Former nemesis Tempus returns to trap Superman aka Clark Kent in a time travel window and continues to use a subliminal device to turn Metropolis' citizens against the superhero. Meanwhile Lois Lane and H.G. Wells seek the help of a Superman from an alternate dimension to get him back.





2. (4.19) "Voice From the Past" - Lois and Clark comes to the realization that the new owner of Daily Planet, Leslie Luckabee, might also be the late Lex Luthor's son, who wants the pair permanently separated.





3. (4.02) "Battleground Earth" - Lord Nor attempts to assume control of the Kryptonian refugees by accusing Clark (Kal El) of treason and proving that the latter had not consummated his marriage to an upper-class Kryptonian woman named Zara.





4. (4.18) "Shadow of a Doubt" - People involved in the creation of a super heroine named Vixen who was killing criminals, instead of arresting them in the previous episode; are being murdered one by one in this one.





5. (4.14) "Meet John Doe" - A Utopian citizen named Andrus arrives from the future to take Tempus back to Utopia for his trial. But Tempus manages to escape and steals a time travel window to come back to Earth. With a new identity under the name John Doe, he runs for President and manages to win the elections since he uses a subliminal device to control people's minds.

TOP TEN FAVORITE "BURN NOTICE" (2007-2013) EPISODES



1. (4.18) "Last Stand" - Michael Western and his friends are trapped inside an abandoned hotel and held under siege by a group of killers led by Vaughn Anderson, a high-ranking member of the black ops mercenary agency called "Management".





2. (1.10) "False Flag" - Before he leaves Miami to deal with his burn notice, Michael is hired to find a woman's missing son. Only, he learns that she is a professional assassin, targeting the boy's father. Lucy Lawless guest starred.





3. (2.16) "Lesser Evil" - Michael captures the rogue agent responsible for trying to bomb him, but he decides to form an alliance with the latter and together, go after "Management" agent Carla Baxter and her boss.





4. (3.08) "Friends Like These" - While Michael takes a job from mercenary Tom Strickler, despite former girlfriend Fiona Glenanne's reservations, Barry the money launderer cashes in his favors and asks Michael to help retrieve a stolen ledger with his clients' information.





5. (7.13) "Reckoning" - In the series finale, Michael must win back the trust of everyone he had betrayed as anti-government mercenary James Kendrick becomes obsessed with ending his life.





6. (4.12) "Guilty As Charged" - Michael's mother, Madeline Westen and Fiona tries to convince burned C.I.A. agent Jesse Porter not to go after Michael for burning him. Meanwhile, Michael prepares to meet with corporate CEO John Barrett, who has ties to "Management".





7. (6.06) "Shock Wave" - Michael's friend, Sam Axe and Barry are pinned down by an assassin, as Michael gets a lead on the founder and leader of "Management", Anson Fullerton. An MI-6 agent tries to prevent Fiona's release from prison. 





8. (2.08) "Double Booked" - Michael tries to foil a hit that he was hired for by "Crazy" Larry Sizemore, an old spy colleague he thought was dead. The situation becomes more complicated when he discovers that there is more than on contract out on the target. Tim Matheson directed and guest starred.





9. (5.18) "Fail Safe" - When Anson demands that Michael burn the C.I.A. team he's working with, Fiona decides she has had enough and takes a drastic step to settle Michael's debt to Anson once and for all. Dean Cain and Kristanna Loken guest starred.





10. (2.10) "Bad Breaks" - Michael and former F.B.I. handler Jason Bly are trapped together in a bank robbery and must work together in order to get out alive.

TOP FIVE FAVORITE EPISODES OF "LOIS AND CLARK: THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN" (SEASON THREE)



1. (3.17) "Seconds" - In this finale of a three-episode arc about Clark Kent and Lois Lane's aborted wedding, Clark races to find Lex Luthor and an amnesiac Lois before the former billionaire can convince her to kill Clark and leave Metropolis forever.





2. (3.13) "The Dad Who Came in From the Cold" - A visit from Jimmy Olsen's father to Metropolis prompts a revelation of the latter's profession as a spy.





3. (3.22) "Big Girls Don't Fly" - AFter successfully passing the tests set by Kryptonian survivors Zara and Ching, Clark learns that they want him to leave Earth and go back with them to rule New Krypton, or the planet will be ruled by the evil Lord Nor. 





4. (3.04) "When Irish Eyes Are Killing" - In an effort to make Clark jealous, Lois dates her old boyfriend, Patrick Sullivan. But she and Clark eventually learn that he is planning to use her as a Druidic sacrifice.





5. (3.01) "We Have a Lot to Talk About" - While Clark and Lois deal with the ramifications of her discovery of his Superman identity, Intergang leader Bill Church's attempts to go straight are hampered by his new wife and his son.

TOP FIVE FAVORITE EPISODES OF "LOIS AND CLARK: THE NEW ADVENTURES OF SUPERMAN" (SEASON TWO)



1. (2.18) "Tempus Fugtive" - Lane Davies and Terry Kiser are superb as time traveling villain Tempus, who wants to kill Superman before he becomes an adult, and legendary writer H.G. Wells, who needs Lois and Clark's help to stop him in this first-rate episode.





2. (2.14) "Top Copy" - Raquel Welch plays a television journalist, who is also an assassin hired to find Superman's identity and possibly kill him.





3. (2.22) "And the Source Is . . ." - Having discovered Tempus' diary, a criminal attempts to blackmail Superman into killing Lois Lane, or he will kill Clark's parents. Clark finally summons the courage to ask for Lois to marry him.





4. (2.03) "The Source" - Lois is suspended from The Daily Planet after she fails to help a source to the illegal operations of a corporation.





5. (2.10) "Metallo" - Scott Valentine has a field day as a petty criminal and boyfriend of Lois' younger sister Lucy, who is shot during a robbery before his head is grafted onto a kryptonite-powered cyborg body by a pair of scientists who are also brothers.
